New REALTOR® Association Website Launch: REALTORS® of South Central Kansas

We are excited to announce the launch of a new website for the REALTORS® of South Central Kansas (RSCK). This organization is one of the largest real estate associations in the state of Kansas with more than 2,400 members. RSCK is committed to advocating and helping its members be successful in an ethical and professional manner while being the voice of the real estate industry in South Central Kansas.

This newly designed website helps RSCK support its mission and gives this association the opportunity to:

• Add blog and news articles
• Easily control and update the menu navigation
• Customize homepage content
• Create unlimited forms and dynamic web pages
• Upload images, PDFs, and files
• Update staff and board directories 
• And so much more!

Design

• RSCK’s website is built with a component-based design that is easily customizable for their team to update or make changes at any time.
• The homepage features hero slideshow images and below it is a component with split text media and a call to action.
• Also on the homepage is a quick links section for members to easily access their login or search the business directory and for consumers to search for a REALTOR®. Design-wise, this section shows off a great use of whitespace with thinly outlined boxes and colored underlines.
• The events slider on the homepage is integrated with Rapattoni and pulls upcoming events from this MLS software.
• Two other important sections to feature on your real estate association website are sponsors and news. RSCK has a great display of these sections if you scroll down the homepage.
• Market statistics are displayed with a background image that showcases a local landmark. These statistics are hoverable and animated.

Navigation

• The utility navigation features unique icons which offer a more customizable and fun approach to the content listed out on the navigation.
• The main navigation is designed to be "sticky," which means the navigation bar stays fixed and visible on the top of the page when users are scrolling.
• On the footer navigation of the site is also four quick links that visitors can click on to access these top viewed pages along with a REALTOR®ï¸� Update section with the latest member news. 

Featured Web Pages

• The REALTOR® Update web page is designed using 立博客户端app下载 Freedom’s Blog Module. This page showcases important updates for members in a nice lister format to keep everything organized, and can be searched by month or tag. 
• With the Rapattoni integration, RSCK’s Find a Business Partner web page allows users to search for members by name, company, city, or from a dropdown menu of services. 
• While this site is designed to be member-focused, consumers can find valuable information such as an agent to work with on the Find a REALTOR® web page.
• The Staff page has a cool feature where members or consumers can directly email any staff member through an embedded form submission.
• We also wanted to showcase the School of Real Estate web page since the RCSK staff built and designed this page using 立博客户端app下载’s Website Application.
